A BBC America revelou a primeira imagem oficial da quarta temporada de Luther. Aparentemente o detective parece bastante mais casual do que o normal e parece carregar alguém à força. Tendo em conta a forma como a terceira temporada terminou, podemos pensar que Luther (Idris Elba) está a trabalhar por conta própria.
Na sinopse oficial, a BBC revela: “Luther’s back” (...) “Pitted against his most chilling adversary yet, haunted by the ghosts of his past and hell-bent on retribution, he’s drawn into a terrifyingly complex case that pushes him closer to the edge than he’s ever been.”
A quarta temporada foi escrita por Neil Cross e realizada por Sam Miller. Além de Idris Elba, fazem parte do elenco Rose Leslie (Game of Thrones), Laura Haddock (Guardians of the Galaxy), Darren Boyd (Fortitude), John Heffernan (Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell), Patrick Malahide (Game of Thrones). Michael Smiley e Dermot Crowley vão regressar como Benny Silver e DSU Martin Schenk, respectivamente.
Com alguma sorte, o trailer não tardará. A estreia acontecerá este ano, algures durante o Outono.
